What started as a love for creating bold, beautiful bulletin boards has grown into a full-scale membership site for busy teachers who want quick, coordinated, and creative classroom decor.

From Classroom to Creativity—A Teacher’s Dream in Action
Hi, I’m Laila! I’ve been a special education teacher since 2012, working with students of all ability levels and learning styles. My passion has always been creating a classroom environment that feels calm, cheerful, and inviting—for both students and staff.
After years of cutting out letters late at night and scrambling to find matching decor, I realized I could help more teachers by sharing my designs. That’s how Bulletin Board Club was born. With the support of my husband and creative partner, Larry, we’ve built a space where teachers can decorate quickly and confidently—without sacrificing personality or style.
When I’m not designing bulletin board sets, I’m chasing after my three kids, enjoying iced coffee, and finding joy in the little things.
